Unit8Studio Terms  

The user’s relationship with Unit8Studio is defined in the terms that follow. Please note that all website users are subject to these Terms. The Terms may, from time to time, be amended and modified to reflect changes in corporate policy. You automatically accept the revised Terms by using the website after these changes have been made.  

User Registration  

To use the Unit8Studio services, you must complete the online registration process. A required step in the registration procedure is choosing a password. You hereby agree not to register or use any other person’s name, real or made-up, during the registration procedure on any of our websites other than your own. The confidentiality of their passwords and any unauthorized access to their accounts on our websites are the responsibility of the users. User Input Policy  

Users may submit comments on Unit8Studio in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. However, the user entries could all be incorrect or improper because none of them have been examined or confirmed. Users who violate the Terms and Conditions give us the right, but never the duty, to prohibit their access to our websites and, if we choose so, to modify, remove, and delete any user submission.   

Users may use our website to order Unit8Studio services for their own, non-commercial requirements, but they are not entitled to use it for profit without our previous agreement.  

Please be aware that users alone are responsible for their messages, their content, and any consequences of posting such information. Here is the list of strictly prohibited materials to post:   

• false or deliberately deceptive;   
• an infringement of a third party’s copyright, patent, trademark, or other intellectual property;   
• a breach of their right to privacy or their right to publicity;   
• libelous, threatening, or offensive;   
• breaking any law, rule, ordinance, or regulation, including without limitation those governing consumer protection, export control, unfair business practices, anti-discrimination, and false advertising;   
• any vulgar or pornographic comments.  

Links and Sharing  

Users are encouraged to freely distribute details about our website. Users are permitted to spread information about Unit8Studio and its services so long as it does not imply that we are endorsing or sponsoring outside sources. No copyrighted items may be used without the owner’s prior written consent.  

Third-Party Affiliations  

We don’t provide any connections to external resources. We don’t endorse or suggest any of the goods or services provided by independent vendors. We will not be regarded as a party to such transactions, whether or not we have financially benefited from them. Any costs or losses incurred as a result of any direct or indirect interactions between you and third parties are not our responsibility.  

Pricing Policy  

Please give us a moment after placing an order on Unit8Studio to estimate how long it will take to deliver it. You’ll be able to check the completion date and cost after we’re done on your user dashboard. If these specifications satisfy your needs, you can pay for the order, and we’ll get to work straight away.   

The hourly-based service charges are shown in the table below. The amount of hours we included in the project specs determines the final cost in every case. You won’t be charged extra if, in the uncommon event that production delays cause a project deadline to change. Please be aware that, barring weekends and national holidays, there are seven working hours per day.  

Refund Policy  

If the quality of the services offered by Unit8Studio falls short of the users’ expectations, they have the right to ask for a refund. However, a refund is only possible if the user has already provided Unit8Studio with all the information necessary to properly complete the transaction, such as technical specifications, a clear description of the required functionality, and other information. A refund request was made by emailing Unit8Studio at [email protected].  

Disclaimer  

You agree that you do so at your own risk when using Unit8Studio. We provide our website “as is” and “as available.” We cannot guarantee that our website will be error-free, safe, always available, or free of malware or other harmful components. You alone are solely responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your use of any data and/or materials. The usage of our website is provided with the understanding that neither Unit8Studio nor any of its users are providing any professional services or advice in the domains of law, medicine, counseling, or other relevant fields while those users are engaging in online interactions.  

Limited Liability  

Unit8Studio, its affiliates, agents, or licensors will never be liable to you or anyone else for any damages brought on by your use of any of our sites, including without limitation any liability for consequential, special, incidental, indirect, or similar damages, even if we have been previously informed of the possibility of such damages. You agree that the total amount of liability for Unit8Studio, its affiliates, agents, and licensors arising from any legal claim connected in any way to any of our sites shall in no case exceed the amounts you paid to use the Unit8Studio website or its services.  

Restrictions, Modification, and Discontinuance  

Without incurring any obligation to you or any other party, we retain the right to modify, terminate, or restrict access to the Unit8Studio website or to any section of it at any time.  

Dispute Handling  

By agreeing to this policy, you agree that you will not bring any legal action against us involving or resulting from our websites before the following conditions are met:  

• providing us with a complete explanation of your complaint supported by facts via registered mail or national overnight courier service;  
• engaging in dispute resolution negotiations with us for at least 30 days.

Miscellaneous  

If any term of the Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court with jurisdiction over the parties, or if any term of the Terms conflicts with the law that governs their interpretation, such term shall be changed and revised to reflect the original intent of the parties in a manner permitted by law, and the remainder of the Terms shall remain in full force and effect. Any failure by one party to insist on or enforce the other party’s compliance with any Term of the Terms or to follow any right under the Terms shall not be construed as a waiver or renunciation by that party of its right to assert or rely on that or any other term or right in the future.  

Any past agreements between Unit8Studio and its users considering these Terms are superseded by these Terms.
